Refund and Return Policy for Physical Products
At Geek Computer Store, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a physical product, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns and Refund for Hardware Products:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process:

Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Our team will provide you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify via Email and whats app for the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
We also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact our customer support.

1. Return and Refund Policy
Once a software license has been delivered to the customer’s email or WhatsApp, it cannot be returned or refunded. This is due to the nature of software licenses, which are redeemable online. Once redeemed, the license cannot be used on another PC.
Refunds for Non-Delivery: If we do not deliver your software license after payment, a full refund will be provided. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your license, and we will process the refund within 24-48 hours.
No Refunds for Compatibility Issues : We do not provide refunds for compatibility issues.
For Defective Keycodes : Email our support team at info@geekcomputerStore or send a message via WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue, and the required screenshot or video. We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
